How to get here
The Experience
Come experience a spectacular and exhilarating way of fishing. Our guides chauffeur you via a snowmobile drawn sleigh, complete with padded bench seating, to the fishing grounds. The fish huts are situated on Long Point Bay. The water is approximately 4-12' deep at the fishing grounds, and usually crystal clear. On most days you will be able to watch as the Yellow Lake Erie Perch or Pike attack their meal you present to them as bait. This is an experience you will remember for a lifetime.
Daily Ice Hut Rental Rates

With Jimmy Riggin' Ice Fishing know your ice hut is reserved for your group only, we do not add people to your party.
Ice Hut Rental
Weekdays a minimum rental fee of $140+HST (rate of 2-ppl) per hut applies
Saturdays and Sundays a minimum rental fee of $280+HST (rate of 4-ppl) per hut applies
Children 5 years and under
What's included?
Free parking at ice access
1 free parking pass per ice hut rental.
Washrooms
At ice access and on the ice (weather dependant)
Ride to and from ice hut
Ride to ice hut on sleigh with bench seats, towed via snowmobile
ice hut for the day with the following:
Insulated ice hut with bench seats for up to 6 adults
Propane heat, will be on awaiting your arrival
Holes are open and ready to fish
Slush scoop for maintaining holes
Live Bait, Minnows will be inside hut with minnow scoop
A cooking stove with fuel, (bring your own pan)
Our friendly guides will check-in with you throughout the day
Please note all rates are subject to HST. Minimum rental fee is due at the time of booking, any additional charges are due at check-in.
Reservation anD cancellation Policy
Please note all reservations must be made online.
All ice fishing rentals are refundable less a 3% processing fee up if cancelled more than 7 days before. You are able to modify your reservation up to 7 days prior to booking. If cancelled less than 7 days prior a booking is non-refundable.
Note if it is deemed unfit to operate by the guides due to ice conditions and you are unable to reschedule you will receive a refund of the amount paid less a 3% processing fee, Or your may transfer the amount paid to a fishing charter, or gift card (valid at First Mate's, R&R Outdoors & Jimmy Riggin' Fishing Charters)
